For all of you lucky dogs that have the Javelin already, how are the latest OSes working out? Any problems? Why are updates needed at all anyway? Please let us know as soon as you download and install the all-new OS version 4.6.1.152 for the Curve 8900. I haven’t kept up with the forums lately, but Secret Agent 64565287 told us that you can all find the new release here. I hope it’s a good vintage.

Our usual warnings apply: do not download and install these updates if you don’t know what you’re doing. Incorrect procedure or just bad luck could render your BlackBerry inoperative or unstable.

All of these os releases for the 8900 must be for BES users. I’m on BIS still using 4.6.1.114 and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. This is the most stable bb OS I’ve ever used, not to mention the most stable right out of the box.

Installed last night. Seems to behave just fine. Haven’t found what it fixes yet though since pervious build also behaved nicely for me :)

  3. I actually ran into a problem with youtube on this one the previous versions work just great but with this upgrade am getting an error when I tried to play videos so am going back to the last version.

    • @Luis,
Are you still happy with version 4.6.1.114 or have you eventually upgrade past that one. I have 4.6.1.114 on my T-Mo and from your YouTube bug comment I have not upgraded to 4.6.1.152. Any suggestions?
