jdpowerratings T-Mobile topped the recent JD Power Wireless Customer Care study yet again. T - Mobile的突破，最近的JD Power無線客戶服務再次研究。 They were neck in neck with Verizon this year but T-Mobile took the award.他們在頸部頸與 Verizon今年，但T - Mobile公司採取了獎。

    Got a T-Mobile BlackBerry first but that model was junk.得到了T - Mobile的黑莓第一，但這種模式是垃圾。

    Verizon customer service has never let me down in the 15 years I've been a customer. Verizon公司的客戶服務並沒有讓我失望的15年內，我一直在一個客戶。

    I moved from Sprint to T-Mo, and I have to say Sprint service was pretty good from 2001-2007 but T-Mo's Cust Serv has been EXCELLENT!!我曾從 Sprint到T -鉬，我不得不說 Sprint公司的業務還不錯，但是從 2001至2007年的T莫的卡斯特Serv為非常出色！ My Rebates never arrived, so they just credited my monthly bill.我的回扣沒有收到，所以他們只記入我的帳單。 They also don't mind telling helpful things all the time that save me money.他們也並不介意告訴有益的事情的時間，救我的錢。
