J.D. Power 2009 Wireless Customer Care Study – T-Mobile Gets Top Billing
T-Mobile topped the recent J.D Power Wireless Customer Care study yet again. They were neck in neck with Verizon this year but T-Mobile took the award.
The ratings break down to:
- T-Mobile – 5 stars (Winner)
- Verizon – 5 stars
- Alltel – 4 stars (might as well be Verizon for now)
- AT&T – 3 stars
- Sprint – 2 stars
Things are not looking too hot for Sprint… The study was based on 13,000 wireless customers based on information from December 2008.
So what do you think? Did J.D. Power get it right? I always like T-Mobile support since they are open 24/7 compared to AT&T closing at around 8-9. I think Verizon also has 24/7 support along with chat.
