Saxon Innovations Claims RIM Infringes On Two Patents… Trying To Bar Imports Into The US Saxon Inovações Créditos da RIM infringe duas patentes ... tentando Bar importações na E.U.
Sorry guys I know you are probably as bored as me when it comes to patents and RIM. Sorry guys eu sei que você é provavelmente tão entediado quanto eu quando se trata de patentes e RIM. Turns out that RIM and quite a few other cell phone companies are yet again getting into the patent mess with a new contender. Saxon Innovations based out of Texas has put in a claim trying to bar RIM along with Palm and Nokia from importing cellphones into the US due to patent violations.
