I've even tried to replace the silicone earbud covers with ones I know fit my ears and they still will not stay in place. Don't even try to walk or exercise with them. It's a totally frustrating experience. I wrote to RIM about the problem, and they told me that they do not manufacture accessories for the Blackberry and to contact the manufacturer directly. Whatever. They're going back to the retailer that sold them to me. Avoid this product until design is improved. Great sound, but THESE EARBUDS DO NOT STAY IN YOUR EARS!
