Homes For Sale – Free App Helps You Finds Available Homes Near You

Developer: SmarterAgent Cost: Free

smarter_agents_apartments_for_rent_2Our buddies over at BlackBerryCool spotted a new application that I found interesting. It is a free downloadable application that helps you find homes for sale near your location. I am not sure how many of you are looking to buy a home in the current market but the idea is pretty cool :) . The app just gets your location and then returns with information about homes for sale near your current location. Not sure what neighborhoods are supported but this is definitely a cool idea. I could have really used an app like this when I was looking for an apartment to rent in Manhattan.

Check out the application at:

It seems to support the 8100, 8300, 8800, & 9000 Bold.

Looks like a cool app, As my brother-inlaw is looking right now to buy a home.
But sadly it is again for USA and not Canada.
I guess the developers still think we live in igloos up north…lol

This app only works in the states -.-” it doesn’t work in Canada

  3. Sorry guys. I am not in Canada so I have no way to test

  4. No Storm support, meh!
Apparently also not submitted for Verizon LBS certification either as it can’t get location. Would be useful even without GPS if it could get tower triangulation but no such luck currently.

  5. Sounds like it’s time for some Canadians to get off their butts and design their own programs instead of taking all the USA’s free stuff…
