I don’t get the java error but the scheduled reboot doesn’t work properly. I tested it by scheduling it 1 minute ahead of the current time and it did reboot….but failed everytime after that.

As for automan’s post about the incorrect time, when you open the scheduler area, it will always show the current time rather than the scheduled time you had set.

Doesnt work if you have it scheduled when its in bedside mode. It will ask after you pull it off charging.

Getting the java.lang.illegalargument error as well on an 8130 running 4.5.0.97. Switched all permissions to “allow” and still same thing. Every version of this program does the same thing. Ugh.

This app has a bug in it. I tryed to do the scheduling at 2:00Am but when you go back and check it, it says 11:33 PM.
For the storm my friend Has he tryed to change the time and can’t get it to work.
It won’t let you click on ok to save it.
Need some work!

I like the idea of it automatically doing its thing, but since I have to keep mine locked (just try having unlocked Blackberry with a 1 year old!) It won’t help me. Alas. I will upgrade anyway just cuz I do that sort of thing and I will keep running it manually every day. Man, I sure wish RIM would fix the memory leak from 4.2 that is still present in at least CDMA 4.5.0.101 that makes an app like this necessary.

Daily reboot is intended to reset the device at a time when you typically aren’t using it in order to minimize low memory effects (and who has not suffered from that?!?).
