Now this is a first for RIM as far as I can remember. I just got an eCard from them wishing me a happy new year. Not sure if it is totally newsworthy but I thought I would share it with the rest of you to show that RIM really does have a heart.

I would kindly like in inquire about where my E-Card is also… maybe it got lost… or not.
