Capture14_13_16 Not much in terms of details here but I just wanted to let you all know that Google has updated the Google Sync application. Niet veel in termen van details hier, maar ik wilde alleen maar om u te laten weten allemaal dat Google de Google Sync toepassing heeft bijgewerkt. It now syncs alarms/calendar alerts along with your contacts and calendar. Het synchroniseert nu alarm / meldingen kalender samen met uw contacten en agenda. Not sure if it fixes some of the contact sync issues people were having but it just might. Niet zeker of het aantal oplossingen van de problemen contact sync mensen werden gezien, maar het gewoon kunnen.

    As bad as the previous version crashed my Curve, I think I'll wait for more feedback on this one before I try again. Zo slecht als de vorige versie crashte mijn Curve, ik denk dat ik wacht op meer feedback over deze voordat ik het opnieuw proberen. Thanks for the update! Bedankt voor de update!

    I have to admit, my life is in google's hands and I have been dying to find something for any of my phones/pda's that can sync up my google contacts with them without having to go through outlook or somewhere else first. Ik moet toegeven, mijn leven is in handen van Google en heb ik sterven om iets te vinden voor een van mijn telefoons / pda 's die kan synchroniseren google mijn contacten met hen zonder dat u via Outlook of ergens anders eerst.

    I found this and must say that I'm quite happy with it! Ik vond dit en moet zeggen dat ik heel blij mee! It gave me all of my contacts in just a few minutes. Het gaf me al mijn contacten in slechts een paar minuten.

    The only problems I have are: De enige problemen die ik heb zijn:

    1. 1. If you have a contact that has more than 1 number of the same location (as in two mobile or two work numbers), for some reason it will only import the first number. Als u een contact dat meer dan 1 nummer van dezelfde locatie is (zoals in twee mobiele werk of twee nummers), om wat voor reden zal het alleen invoeren het eerste nummer. I had a contact that had two mobile phones set (my mistake as I set one to mobile instead of work). Ik had een contact dat twee mobiele telefoons set (mijn fout als ik een set naar mobiel in plaats van het werk had). Google sync only imported the first mobile number and their home number. Google Sync uitsluitend ingevoerde de eerste mobiele nummer en hun eigen nummer. Not the mislabled work number. Niet de mislabled werk nummer.

    2. 2. The contact sync isn't perfect. Het contact sync is niet perfect. In google, I had one person that was split into two seperate contacts (apparently a mistake from when I imported from Yahoo into Google). In google, had ik een persoon die werd opgesplitst in twee afzonderlijke contacten (blijkbaar een fout van toen ik de invoer van Yahoo in Google). So in google, I deleted one and then synced it with my blackberry storm. Dus in google, verwijderde ik een en vervolgens gesynchroniseerd met mijn blackberry storm. For some reason, I still have the two contacts on my storm. Een of andere reden heb ik nog steeds de twee contacten op mijn storm. Had to manually delete them. Had handmatig te verwijderen. Not sure why though. Niet zeker waarom wel.

    3. 3. Calendar only syncs up to 24 weeks ahead instead of the entire calendar. Agenda synchroniseert slechts tot 24 weken vooruit in plaats van de volledige kalender. I would like the full 52 weeks. Ik zou graag de volledige 52 weken.

    Now I would love to be able to edit my contacts on my storm and then export them to google, but I know that's a little more difficult. Nu zou ik graag in staat zijn om mijn contactpersonen bewerken op mijn storm en vervolgens exporteren naar Google, maar ik weet dat een beetje moeilijker. Especially since the storm has a lot more in the contacts information section than google does. Vooral sinds de storm er is veel meer in de contacten informatie sectie dan Google doet. But I would still love to see it. Maar ik zou nog steeds graag zien.

    All in all, I'm very happy! Al met al ben ik erg blij!

    I have tried this app twice. Ik heb geprobeerd dit app tweemaal. The concept of the app is great. Het concept van de app is groot. Problem is it has created mutiple contacts for certain contacts and erased phone numbers for others. Probleem is heeft multiple contacten voor bepaalde contacten gemaakt en gewist telefoonnummers voor anderen. Put numerous numbers down for a contact. Zet een groot aantal nummers die voor een contact. One contact I had the same number 15 times. Een contact dat ik had hetzelfde nummer 15 keer. I wish they could fix this because I really like the idea. Ik wens ze konden deze correctie, want ik hou echt van het idee.

    I have been using it flawlessly since it came out. Ik gebruik het vlekkeloos omdat het kwam uit. no problems and it works everytime! geen problemen en het werkt iedere keer!

    Don't expect things from it that aren't supported. Doe geen dingen verwachten dat die niet worden ondersteund. It won't sync items that are not created in the BB or Google calendar etc. Het zal niet synchroniseren items die niet zijn gemaakt in het BB of Google agenda enz.

    Well Gary you are luck then. Nou Gary u geluk dan. I have changed this on google itself and for whatever reason they didn't sync properly so consider yourself lucky. Ik heb dit op Google zelf en om wat voor reden ze niet synchroon eigenlijke jezelf gelukkig.

    If they fix all of this I will be happy as well. Als ze vaststellen dit alles zal ik blij zijn ook. I am not a big fan of having to use outlook. Ik ben geen grote fan van het hebben naar Outlook te gebruiken. Why, ohh why can't RIM develop a desktop mngr that has a calendar and contact mngr available. Waarom, ohh waarom kan RIM ontwikkelen van een desktop Mngr dat een kalender en contactinformatie Mngr beschikbaar heeft. Going through my years with TREO's and having a desktop mngr I do miss that aspect. Going door mijn jaren met TREO's en met een desktop Mngr Ik mis dat aspect.
