One of the annoying steps you need to take to switch a BlackBerry device is to remove the SIM card. Since the 8700 series the SIM card has gotten harder to remove and requires some finesse or fancy finger work to get out. I either use my wife's tweezers (don't tell her) or a pencil eraser to massage the SIM card out but TimB gave me a great idea on how to make things even easier.
