From my experience the way it works is if you are downloading an 'L' theme for example, you would need to have the BB Dimension 'L' theme on your device already. Same for 'Today' version, 'Icon' and so on. I don't like 'Icon' themes as a rule so I just deleted the BB Dimension Icon theme off my BB.

It's important to notice that all Dimension themes need to be available on your BB or else the newly installed themes will not be listed.
If you have previously removed the Dimension themes (MaxMem, CrackMem, Blackberry Master Control Program,...) you have to reinstall them first using DM.
