Viigo Adds CraigsList, Traffic, & Emergency News Alerts
In the latest version of Viigo 3.0.439 they have added some cool new local interest channels to the application. I guess that after they fleshed out the Sports services this was next. They have added CraigsList, Traffic, Emergency News Alerts, & Emergency Services. They have also added some transit information for Toronto but that’s the only area covered for now.
New local interest channels:
- CraigsList: As many people are well aware, CraigsList provides local classifieds and forums for jobs, housing, for sale, personals, services, local community, and events. Viigo now makes all of this possible directly from your smartphone.
- Traffic: Hate spending time waiting for an accident to clear? Viigo now allows access to traffic details in 48 city’s across the United States and a further 20 arteries and several regions in the United Kingdom
- Emergency Services and News Alerts: Viigo also wants to be sure you get up to the minute news on what may be happening around you in terms of natural or other disasters.
