MotionApps let me know about a new application they have just released called mRing. It is a ringtone manager that gives you options to assign custom ringtones for categories and emails. It also helps you switch your profiles. The app looks pretty cool but it is definitely pricey at $19.99 in the store. It looks like it has a free trial for you to check it out before you buy.
