  1. Thank you sir!!!

  2. Does this version have chinese/japanese language on it? Do I have to look for an East Asian version?

    Thanks :)

  3. Javascript loading seems much faster. Can load heavy sites in far less time.

  4. This version includes all major Asian languages, including a huge number of input alternatives.

My only problem with it so far is RIM has removed BBAlpha Sans font, and we’re now stuck with the stick-looking fonts from the pre-Bold days.

At least the blue blob on the clock screen (first seen on 194) is gone now.

  5. So is it better than .190?
That one was extreemly buggy on my phone

  6. Does this version have Spanish language on it?

  7. Hate that Alpha Sans font is gone. Hopefully it will return in later builds. Seems to run smoothly. Windows Live Search STILL doesn’t work… :(

  8. Confirmed that this version has all east asian languge support, so far so good, I noticed more available memory than the v190.
It also solved the problem in v190 where sometimes the blackberry browser can’t click on links.

  9. Seems very good except the fonts are missing and the APN problem.

  10. Thanks for the link! Just got my bold yesterday, and it needs an update!

  11. So. I took the chance and installed it this morning, and within 10 min. I uninstalled it because of that Font Issue, it just made the Bold look so Dull.

  12. Much faster than the v190 when loading apps, solved the problem on the browser where links aren’t clickable, also more available memory than the v190

  13. anyone have a link other than rapidshare?

When i try to download it, it stays in whatever % it wants and stops.

  14. I have no problem with the APN.

  15. After installing it says the version is 4.6.0.167 on the status screen. WTF!?

  16. The font thing really blows. I installed it anyway but hope another version comes out with it. I really really really liked that font!

  17. i really like the bbalpha sans font… do i reallly need this update?

  18. Anybody got a screenshot with the sans font and without it?

  19. WOW!!! one hick of a increse in the memory, I can live with the font change. Does seem to be a little quicker also

  20. Anyway to get the fonts installed from an earlier version

  21. is it me or is memopad missing?

  22. its just you, i got memopad its in the Applications folder.

It sucks about the fonts i liked the BBAlpha one, instead im using BBClarity which doesnt look to bad.

Memory seems to be improved a lot as well, got like 30mb free more now then on .190 firmware.. so far so good.

  23. 4.6.0.210 seems to be out (see thread below), does anyone know where it can be found?

  24. At my Blackberry it wasnt save the APN :(
In the option i put the APN in my blackberry saved it and than i go back to the option and there wasnt entry. And now my gamil doesnt work.
    Not so good.

  25. I have gmail on mine and it works flawlessly…

@Astral, i think it is just you… I have the memopad on mine, be sure to click the advanced options when upgrading, that will allow you to recheck which apps you want installed and which apps you want uninstalled..

Anybody have the link for the v210? People are saying that the BBAlpha font is restored in that version… Link us up!

  26. Here’s how to fix the font for messages, still does NOT fiix the browser font though.

  27. I downloaded the update and deleted the vendor file. However, when I attach my Bold, it shows the update. I click next and then it says “No Update Needed.” I’ve updated devices many times, so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. HELP

  28. Looks like someone did a review on the other new OS on a forums site…. and they said the font issue was fixed.

    Am i missing something?

  29. alexander you are correct as they are stating that the new version corrects the font issue, but others like me probably don’t have access to the new version yet. Waiting on berryreview to post it…

  30. yeah chad you’re right.

when i read the original post i didnt realize it was a newer version.

and for what it is worth….

201 is amazing so far, but missing that font is killing me!!!

  31. is it me or anybody have same problem. I can’t open any pictures either from media card or system… it says “the beta version has expired”…. anybody found this too?… need advice…

  32. Someone leave the link for 4.6.0.210 plzz

  33. 201 has APN issue. Cannot save APN. Need to wait .210

  34. I haven’t had any issues with the APN. I had to go from 4.7dm to 4.6dm for my computer to recognize the upgrade, no idea why.

  35. The APN issue can be resolved by doing the same as done to fix the font issue… It works, I’m using it now.

Go to post #14 to get the file and load the same way as the instructions state for the font.

Please berryreview give us a link to .210!
