For those of you who may have followed my theme posts, you know I have continually whined about not having a Blackberry Bold to test 9000 themes on. Well you’ll be happy to know that I won’t be whining anymore. Yep, thanks to my good buddy Greg (thanks heaps, mate – you are the best!!), I now own the Bold.
The first themes I promised to test were from Hedone Design called ‘Sand‘ & ‘Storm Like‘. Both of these themes are awesome! The Sand theme is reminiscent of sunny days at the beach amongst seashells and powder soft sand. I have to tell you that this theme is not only well designed in looks, it’s also very well executed. The six main screen icons floating on stones are customizable and the overall usage of fonts and colors makes this a very easy theme to move around. The second theme called Storm Like, is very similar to other ‘Storm’ themes out there. However, this theme version from Hedone has such sharp and vivid graphics it looks as if it came with the device. Overall, I am very impressed with Hedone’s themes. Keep up the good work!
Sand Theme is available in various versions for 81xx, 83xx, 88xx & 9xxx devices. Storm Like is available for 83xx, 88xx & 9xxx devices. All versions cost $7.00 and are available via Hedone Design.

Hey Vicky, congrats on your new Blackberry Bold. I know you’ll love it. Just finished reviewing those Hedone Design themes as well for G Style Magazine and can agree with everything you got there.
Don’t forget to mention that no one is left out with these theme as they are available for the Bold, Curve, Pearl, and 8800!

Hey VerSe, yes…I am loving the Bold so far. It hasn’t been a week yet but seems much faster to me all around. Took me to get it up and running on TM, but now that it is, I’m lovin it!
