The only thing I notice is that it tends to cause a lot of hour glass issues, sometimes even requiring a reboot although that's rare. It seems to even cause this when running in the background so I frequently have make sure its not running. It also has some issues where channel updates seem to fail until you retry later. Still, given how useful it is, I will accept those minor shortcomings. It will only get better. Viigo is definitely one of the top five free apps.
