Chad from Themes4BB recently sent me in this new theme released by Hedone Design called Boldlike Precision . I had a chance to play around with the Today Plus version but there are also Bottom Dock and Animated Versions available (animated has icons in a circular fashion that from what I can tell move as you scroll over them).
