LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile Full Feature List
November 19th, 2008 by Ronen Halevy
Sems mentioned LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile remote support for BlackBerry back when it was released. I just stumbled upon the product page and finally found a full feature list for the software. The features look REALLY cool but the $1956 starting price per technician will keep this out of most of our hands. Though there is a free trial account…
Just look at these features: (Specifically the 3rd one)
- Observe or share control of BES, customer’s computer, and BlackBerry device to fix problems
- Quickly gain a snapshot view of “system info” such as memory, battery life and software version
- Transfer files & folders to BlackBerry device via a two-pane, drag-and-drop File Manager
- Chat with customer even when 2nd line is not available
- Small, fast-loading BlackBerry Applet downloads in seconds “Over-The-Air”
- Applet can also be push to handset using BlackBerry Desktop Manager and BES
- Granular helpdesk management functionality including detailed reports on key support metrics, such as technician performance & customer satisfaction
- OS 4.3+ required and BES or BIS account
Now if the price were more like $50 or $100 a year this would have more of an appeal… Check out the details at this link or this link.
