I found this program to be a big fraud. I found a fare of $218 to fly from EWR to STL directly with the airline. The fare I got from TLC was $392. No problem – just sent the fare screen-shots into TLC for their comparative price guarantee. Despite the fact they claim the turn around on approving comparative prices is 2 days, here it is 8 days later and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Now I just checked again, and the airline fare has gone up to $299, so I assume (if they EVER get back to me), they will simply reject my comparative price. Hopefully, by the time I finally book directly with the airline, there will still be seats left on the plane. I did complain to T-Mobile directly, but all I get back are their canned “So sorry you’re not happy – Have a wonderful day” insulting nonsense.

I agree, this deal was awesome, plus i got a cool phone. The Free companion process was simple. Looking forward to traveling in the next year.

Great deal! So happy I took advantage of this. Everyone was trying to tell me to be skeptical, but there’s nothing to lose! I have it locked and loaded for 2009 – and it was SUPER easy and convenient. Thanks T-Mobile!
