I'm sure that orbits will eventually have more functionality. I would love a site that allowed me to book a flight through a mobile site. I have used the mobile hotels.com site to book a hotel. It was very easy to use. Of course it only does hotels but it's a start!

Have you ever checked out Kayak? (www.kayak.com) They have a great meta-search for flights and hotels and if you visit from your BB or any other smartphone, it auto-modifies the page for mobile viewing and makes it really simple to book travel/accommodations. Have a look and maybe you'll like it more than Orbitz.

Orbitz Mobile was one of the first mobile travel sites out there. We are in the process of enhancing, but the problem has always been the mass of inventory we have available.

Orbitz was also the first travel site that sent Traveler Alerts (TLC Alerts) across multiple airlines- letting you (and your loved ones or business partners) know when your flight will be delayed, canceled, etc. We do this via email, sms, or voicemail.

Let us know what your dream functionality is, and if it is feasible, i can assure you we will look into it. stay tuned- you will be excited
