British Airways Introduces Mobile Check-in In 11 Languages
UsableNet just let me know that they teamed with British Airways to create a mobile website for them. This new site provides customers with some really cool features with the best being mobile check-in from your phone. They are not the first ones to do this but the site does have a nice simplicity to it with some useful features. It is great to see carriers embrace new technology.
From the site you can access the British Airways timetable and select seats and check-in individuals, groups and families for departure or return flights in real time. Pretty useful if you fly BA.
