After Alltel yanked this over the weekend they now brought it back. If you were holding out for the latest official download that this is it. If you want to use it on another carrier you will need to delete the vendor.xml file.

This is for CDMA 8130 (Perl) ONLY. VZW, Sprint, Altel, Bell, MTS Mobility, etc.
