Plazmic CDK 4.6 Officially Released!!! Fixes Font Bug

Bla1ze let me know early this morning that Plazmic & RIM have officially released Plazmic CDK 4.6 Bundle 24.  In case you don’t know Plazmic CDK 4.6 (Content Developer Kit) is what theme developers use to create the cool themes you have been seeing this past month.

This new release fixes that annoying font bug that crashed the program if you used any cool fonts. This means that some hot themes are on their way!!! I was hoping this would come out before or during the developer conference.

    Still cannot remove carrier from the banner?(I know how to do it but that option should be there in Plazmic) It doesn’t appear, at first glance, to have changed from the beta except the font fix.

    I haven’t done anything except open it and look at it real quickly, so I could be wrong.

    I downloaded the application and when I tried to run it, I got a prompt asking me to open the application in a different folder. I clicked on My Documents and it goes back to please select another location to extract the instaler to.

    I used the new Google Chrome to download the application, but I’ve never had any issues using this browser to download files or applications. Any one have any ideas why I’m having this problem.

    Works like a charm. It is great to be able to use my own fonts now.

    ecruz0102-I discovered that I spoke too soon. When you send the app to my documents, even though the first screen stays on, the app does go where you send it.

    Then just open it in that folder and it will download. Then go to your start menu, all apps, and it should be the bottom app. I went ahead and made a shortcut to my desktop since I plan on using this app a lot.
