Verizon Alltel Merger In Jeopardy?

The Verizon Alltel merger we told you about previously may now called into question due to some credit issues Alltel is having. This merger was scheduled for the end of this year but may not actually happen in the end.
I am not much of a financial analyst but Jim @ FierceWireless did a pretty good job of summing it up.
