Chuzzle
[Rating: 10]

We had originally reviewed Chuzzle from Magmic Games back in August. They have released Blackberry Bold version several weeks ago and I have been putting its paces. The main updates in this version are blazing fast speed (no delays anymore when popping chuzzles) and sharper graphics. This is still one of the best games for BlackBerry to date only made better for the Bold.
I highly recommend reading Nate’s full review, after his review there really is not much to say but agree with him. I have seen one minor issue, when running the game for the first time, it tries to connect to Magmic servers, to activate full game or trial. However, it looks like their common name in the ssl certificate does not match the web server’s host name. You can safely click Continue and proceed through activation.
The Bold version does not differ from the original game, but the graphics looks more crisp and sound is better.
The game concept is very simple. You can move a line or column at a time and when you match 3 or more chuzzles they disappear. The game comes with 4 different modes. What I loved about the Classic mode was that unlike many other puzzle games, you don’t need to rush. You can think ahead and play your move.
You get bonus points and trophies for different combos, popping special chuzzles and such. Unfortunately, as I reinstalled my OS recently, I have no trophies to show
Pros:
- Highly entertaining
- Different modes of play for different levels of players
- Perfect time killer without breaking a sweat
Cons:
- Haven’t seen any
