That would be the whole point for me. Profile changing when I don't remember to get my phone out and do it myself. Having said that, I tried the trial of this app just now and it works great! The vibrating alert to remind me that it's trying to change profile (if my handset is locked, for example) is good. I am still waiting for a location aware profile switcher though :) I walk to the library, and my phone knows and switches me on to silent.
