Once you are at the point of OS install, you can open the task manager, see the running setup, right click selecting properties and view the location of the file within the temp directory. At this point you can copy the path, use windows explorer to get there and copy the 9000AllLang_PBr4.6.0_rel283_PL4.0.0.153_A4.6.0.156 from there. Cancel the install in progress and simply run the copied file by itself. Now it will install just the OS and not the rim reporting tools.
