		<description>BES only handles your work-issued accounts, but BES plans also give you BIS, provided your BES admin allows it.  Keep in mind though that BES essentially gives your company keys to everything on the BB, so keep that in mind if there&#039;s anything in your personal email you don&#039;t want your boss seeing.</description>
