BES only handles your work-issued accounts, but BES plans also give you BIS, provided your BES admin allows it. Keep in mind though that BES essentially gives your company keys to everything on the BB, so keep that in mind if there’s anything in your personal email you don’t want your boss seeing.

If i read correctly, if u have BES, then u can’t use gmail, AOL, hotmail, etc.? i dont quite understand that…

Yeah, people should keep this point in particular in mind:
“Email messages sent between the BlackBerry Internet Service and the BlackBerry Internet Service subscriber’s BlackBerry smartphone are not encrypted”.
