LightOn – Keep Your Backlight On
Sara sent in this application which has a simple purpose. It lets turn on and keep on the backlight in certain applications. You just specify an application name like messages or Viigo and it will keep the backlight on when that application is open. You can also set the brightness or have it left with the default. Personally I think that $9 is a bit high for such a one trick horse but I know a few people who have been looking for a way to do this.
LightOn is available for $9 in the store. I can’t tell if the free trial works but there is a link available.
