AT&T Joins Verizon – Push To Talk Rate Now Down To $5

It took AT&T long enough to realize that people were not interested in paying $10 a month for push to talk functionality on their phone. According to Greg at MobileCrunch, AT&T has just slashed their prices in half from $10/month to $5/month. Even though it is now more accessible I wonder if any of you actually use it?

You know what? It wouldn’t hurt At&t to offer this feature for free. I think it would be a big plus for them. ~8yrs w/At&t

  2. i just checked my acct on att and it is def true even though i dont use this feature.

  3. So ATT ‘berrys can do PTT? Would be awesome if CDMA ‘berrys could, but it seems from VZW at least that only EVDO RevA devices (i.e. no CDMA Blackberry except Storm) can do their PTT?
