Pocket Informant For BlackBerry Officially Released!

I just got an email from Pocket Informant that they are now out of beta for BlackBerry. Pocket Informant is really shaping up to be a full fledged PIM manager for your BlackBerry. I highly recommend checking out the product page for more details at this link. They do have a trial version limited to 10 appointments, 10 tasks, and 100 contacts for you to check out how it works.

The cool part is that the registration key is not locked to your PIM or device. In a interesting gesture they just state “We trust you.” The application supports OS 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.5, & 4.6.

You can pick it up now for $19.99 at this link

I installed the paid for version & the application works but very slowly. I have got over 4,500 contacts in my address book so this may be what is causing the problem.
The number of contacts doesn’t seem to affect the performance of the native BlackBerry apps though.
    I have an 8310 Curve.
