Cosmopolitan Mobile…
I am at a loss for words in describing Cosmo’s mobile website. It has a very simple design and the same articles you can find on the desktop version of Cosmo. It even has the same quizzes that I have been hating on for years. 
I can’t really comment on the quality of the site but I will let you judge for yourself.
