LogMeIn is used by support and IT organizations worldwide to manage and maintain desktop, laptop and mobile devices. Using LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile, technicians securely connect to a remote smartphone and diagnose problems quickly. Met behulp van LogMeIn Rescue + Mobile, technici veilig verbinding snel tot een afgelegen smartphone en diagnose van problemen. It not only helps tech support teams increase their productivity, but also increases customer satisfaction. Het helpt niet alleen tech support teams verhoging van hun productiviteit, maar ook verhoogt klanttevredenheid. Instead spending lots of time over the phone or bouncing emails back and forth, support technicians will be able to assist customers/users right on the device.
