Email Filters: Holds the settings for filters applied to incoming messages to the device.
Does this imply filters set up on the BIS are run on the device, not the BIS. So if I’m roaming, I’m paying the data charges for email to sent to my BB, which may then be trashing it? If so that’s just crazy!
RIM 8330 running 4.5.0.56. I have an Address Book database as well as an All Address Books??? Any takes? Address Book is what syncs with DM, but my contacts however are all under All Address Book which shows up on my device as UNKNOWN>
Very interesting Kimberly I have never seen an unknown database before… Maybe there is some corruption in the database but that is weird since it sounds like it is working…

The filters over there I think are for BES since those are possible to setup on a device. Do any entries show up in those databases?
yeah it works. i think it happened in going from 4.3 to 4.5. im thinking about wiping and starting all over, but if i restore the address book, it ends up the same way again.
Maybe sync your contacts with outlook. Then clear the database and they sync outlook again with your Berry. That way you dont lose your contacts… Just an idea
Repeat post from not to long ago…:p

Yep i’ve done that. When i synced back to bb, though the contacts apparently went into both databases. i say this because they both then showed 197.
Very weird. Are you by chance on BES?
