I own and similar product which I bought to use in the hot tub late at night. The trackball can’t be used through the material so I went back to a ziplock baggie.

Ok,

I bought one of these a while back to use with my digital camera. The same size fits my Blackberry. I have used it a few times and there are pros and cons.

Pro: good quality and waterproof. This is the safest way to use your BB on a beach/boat/pool etc.

Cons: you can’t use the trackball well at all. It is almost impossible. This complicates many tasks as you might imagine. Plus the bag is pretty big for the size of the device in it.

I fish sometimes and typically I just throw my BB in a ziplock sandwich bag and forget it. It is easier, smaller and works “well enough” if I were to get it wet somehow. If I was planning to use it in the pool and take pictures of the kids I would use the aquapac.

I was replying to emails in the bathtub today (I am so not kidding) and was hanging on to my Berry for dear life so I wouldn’t accidentally drop it in. I know I’m lame, but now I also know there’s a safety net for me.

@ pyroguysf- that may be true, but I just done feel comfortable chancing it! The ziplocks are too weak for me to feel comfortable using it at the lake. Also my fiance would kill me if I started using all the ziplock bags for my berry… Lol

you know… sandwich size or bigger ziploc bags work fine in the shower, and probably tub, fyi =P
