Larry let me know about a nice theme he just released. It is a bit different than most themes you see nowadays so I thought it was worthy of mention. The theme comes in bottom dock and top dock styles with an extra side dock version for the 8300. It has a definite Tom Clancy feel that I know some people will appreciate. The green on black looks slick and the icons fit the look perfectly.

In a few of the iterations I think you can but usually not in the bottom or side dock themes. I will ask the developer Larry.

You cannot arrange the icons on ANY Custom theme designed with CDK 4.5. Its a limitation that was placed by the developer, Plazmic. It stinks..but what can you do.
You can arrange the items on the Zen and Icon themes…just not the custom themes.

This is a cusom theme the home screen icons are fixed. A Zen version will be released later today.
