Not sure how Jabra missed the mark, but when you're in a car, you need to be able to HEAR!! If I MUST ride with my windows up & airconditioner turned off, then this is a useless product. For anyone that says this BT speaker is all that- stop kidding yourself; it's no where near close to being all that! This was one of the fastest returns I ever made!
