Deja Vu… I wonder if RIM gets sued every week and we just don't hear about it. Deja Vu ... Ik vraag me af of RIM krijgt elke week opgeroepen en we gewoon niet horen. I was just reading an article in the Chicago Tribune Ik was net het lezen van een artikel in de Chicago Tribune over the weekend about how RIM is being sued once again over some network patent. in het weekend over hoe RIM wordt opnieuw aangeklaagd over een aantal netwerk octrooi. A company called Aloft Media LLC seems to think that the BlackBerry 8320 & 8820 violate their patents. Een bedrijf genaamd Aloft Media LLC schijnt te denken dat de BlackBerry 8320 & 8820 schenden hun octrooien. Once again the company is seeking an injunction and unspecified damages. Opnieuw het bedrijf is op zoek naar een bevel en niet-gespecificeerde schadevergoeding. Yippee! Yippee!

This patent is so good that Aloft Media wont even tell us what it covers. Dit octrooi is zo goed dat Aloft Media wont zelfs ons vertellen wat zij betrekking heeft. I wonder if it has something to do with the 8320 & 8820 having WiFi. Ik vraag me af of het iets te maken met de 8320 en 8820 met WiFi heeft. On the other hand that would also include the 8120 which was not named. Aan de andere kant dat hieronder ook de 8120 die niet werd genoemd. I'm confused… Ik ben in de war ...

After Na reading on Law.com lezing Law.com about the fiasco that was the NTP lawsuit I was hoping I would not have to read about it again. over het fiasco dat was de NTP-rechtszaak Ik hoopte dat ik niet zou hebben om te lezen over het weer. Hopefully this will be the last we hear of Aloft Media. Hopelijk zal dit de laatste horen we van Aloft Media.
