Back To School With Free gWhiz Applications

Mike from gWhiz reminded me that back to school season is right around the corner. I thought it would be a great time to remind everybody about the 3 free applications that gWhiz released not to long ago. These applications are mostly targeted towards students. The three are:

gflash gFlash+ – A flashcard and trivia application with multiple learning modes. gFlash+ includes the ability for you to both download our gWhiz flashcards and more importantly, create your own!

gref gRef – Fast mobile access to your very own personalized reference library. Select reference guides from our gWhiz Catalog or easily create new ones. You can even email your individual “Cheat Sheets” to your friends!

gcalc gCalc! – A university level graphing calculator that works right on your smartphone. Eliminates the need to purchase and carry a separate device. Email graphs straight from your phone. No more searching for that USB cable!

You can check out demos of all three applications at www.gwhizmobile.com. You can also download the applications free at this link. These are some great free applications for a BlackBerry toting student.

  1. gCalc is the most useful, so I wish it was simple to install just that one on it’s own. From what I remember I had to download all 3.

  2. Hi Nikolaus –

You can download the apps individually if you’d like.
