It's still there, but it's invisible. Do you know why this is? I thought maybe I hid it accidentally but no luck. If you don't have the plazmic Themebuilder 4.5. So you can download theme files within zip. So you can edit the theme files (within the dimension 240×260 there is a file called 8100Custom. Open with Wordpad or Notepad) on your own for Plazmic 4.2 before export it in OS 4.2 (plazmic Builder).
