UK Also Gets A BlackBerry Store
Frank sent me a link to an article on BiosMagazine talking about the launch of a new BlackBerry store in the UK. This is not a RIM sponsored or owned store but is rather run by a company called Scancom. They hope to push the BlackBerry platform including training, hosted BES, devices, and wireless plans.
The new store is called the BlackBerry Centre and their new hosted BES service is called BBDirect.

I wonder if these BlackBerry centered stores will take off. Could be that RIM is waiting on the sidelines to see if these stores succeed. All I can say is that the Apple Store by me in Manhattan is making a killing…

Lo store, chiamato BlackBerry Center, non è uno store diretto BlackBerry, ma credo sia un ottimo banco prova per l’apertura europea di centri diretti. Tra i servizi offerti dal BlackBerry Center possiamo trovare dispositivi, aree di training per la prova dei dispositivi prima dell’acquisto e anche servizi di Hosted BES (chiamati in questa occasione BBFDirect).
