RIM just published a knowledgebase article on how to enable the Enterprise-only message application icon in BES 4.1 Service Pack 5. RIM Kennisbank onlangs een artikel over hoe de Enterprise-enige boodschap pictogram in BES 4.1 Service Pack 5 mogelijk te maken. This includes the SQL script you have to run to enable this feature!!! Dit omvat de SQL-script dat je moet draaien om deze functie in te schakelen!

This icon filters your email to only show you your work or BES emails! Dit pictogram filters uw e-mail alleen laten u uw werk of BES e-mails! Kind of like Empower's BES mailbox. Kind van soortgelijke Empower BES's mailbox. It will add an icon to all the BES users homescreen after it resends the service books. Het voegt een icoon om alle gebruikers van de BES beginscherm nadat zij de dienst boeken te verzenden.

I would HIGHLY recommend nagging your BES admin until he installs it. I would highly recommend zeurende je BES admin totdat hij het installeert.     This has been on BB's site since before SP5 was officially out. Dit is op de site van BB sinds voordat SP5 werd officieel uit. I enabled it but I will warn any BES Admins…as far as I could tell there is no way to push this to only some users…as a result…most of my users who don't use personal mail did not see the benefit of it and many complained. Ik kon maar ik zal waarschuwen geen BES Admins ... voor zover ik kon zien is er geen manier om dit te duwen om alleen bepaalde gebruikers als gevolg ... ... de meeste van mijn gebruikers die geen gebruik maken van persoonlijke e-mail heeft niet het voordeel van zij en veel geklaagd. I simply manually hid the icon for them on their berrys…if you have a ton of corporate users who will be annoyed by the extra icon, be warned. Ik gewoon handmatig verborg het pictogram voor hen op hun Berrys ... als je een ton van zakelijke gebruikers die zullen worden geïrriteerd door de extra icoon, hebben gewaarschuwd. I am guessing there is a way to manually change this in the SQL tables…but that may be dicey. Ik gok er een manier is om handmatig deze wijziging in de SQL tabellen ... maar dat kan Dicey worden.

    Yeah, great, now if only Plazmic would support a different icon in the theme designer for this… Ja, geweldig, nu al is het maar Plazmic een ander pictogram in het thema ontwerper zou ondersteuning voor deze ...

    Tried, Tested, Working… Uitgeprobeerd, getest, Working ...
    For those not going to further than reading this Blog Post due to uncertainty, there are two Scripts for this funtionality, One to Enable the Feature and another to Disable the Feature. Voor degenen die niet gaan verder dan het lezen van deze Blog Post te wijten aan onzekerheid, zijn er twee Scripts voor deze funtionaliteit, een aan de functie in te schakelen en een andere om de functie uit te schakelen. The SQL Script is applied via an EXE with the relevant switches. De SQL Script wordt toegepast via een EXE met de relevante schakelaars.
    There is also the option to Hide one or the Icon if this is implemented in the Corporate. Er is ook de optie voor het verbergen van een of de icoon als deze is geïmplementeerd in de Corporate.
