BlackBerry Answers – Shortcut To VERY Simple Answers
RIM has quietly announced on their forums about a new homescreen shortcut to get to the help section of mobile.blackberry.com. I thought it sounded interesting so I decided to check it out. I cant for the life of me find out where to get this shortcut icon but the website does work. I will use their screenshots to show you what it is supposed to look like.
Don’t expect wonders from the search function. You won’t find any nice guides on how to tether your BlackBerry or remove an IT policy but it will show you simple things like how to charge it.
You can access it directly from your berry at:

Sadly I was hoping for more when I first read this. From what I can tell this looks to be like the similar to the help information that was always there. Maybe you can find something I missed…
