I know many people have been complaining about one issue with Documents to Go since Ik weet dat veel mensen hebben geklaagd over een probleem met Documents to Go sinds we mentioned the free update that added Sheets to Go we al de gratis update die toegevoegd Sheets to Go . . People found that if you connected your BlackBerry to your computer & desktop manager after installing the update it would downgrade Documents to go back to the default older version. Mensen vonden dat als u uw BlackBerry aangesloten op uw computer & Desktop Manager na het installeren van de update zou downgrade documenten om terug te gaan naar de standaard oudere versie.

- Close the BlackBerry Desktop Manager if it is running Sluit de BlackBerry Desktop Manager als het draait

NOTE: The “device software” folder typically has the model number of the phone in its name (eg 8800, 8100, etc).
