Ovviamente si scherzava sull’argomento, il tutto perchè la nuova versione di Google Mappe (2.2.1, n.d.r.), implementa il supporto vocale per la ricerca delle attività commerciali presenti intorno alla propria posizione, servizio che è disponibile solo per i dispositivi 8110, 8120 e 8130. Il perchè della scelta potrebbe essere semplicemente da attribuire ad un discorso di firmware, la cosa certa è che il servizio è disponibile in via sperimentale solo in USA. Come si legge nel Blog ufficiale del Google Mobile Team, accedere alla nuova funzione è quantomeno semplice; una volta centrata la posizione (tasto 0) è sufficiente premere il “convenient Key” della chiamata vocale (se non lo avete cambiato) e “chiedere” quello che state cercando.
