Tech Review: BlackBerry Technical Solution Center RSS Feeds

Last year RIM updated their Technical Knowledgebase to support RSS Feeds for topics spanning their entire solutions base. Granted not all topics may be covered but there is enough to keep you going. This is a great resource for learning the ins and outs out your BlackBerry and you will hear it quoted quite often on BerryReview. I highly recommend browsing through it.

Topics include All Categories, BlackBerry Built-In, Connect, Enterprise Servers, Internet Service, BlackBerry Unite!, BlackBerry Device Models (many current ranges)….many more.

RIM has sadly limited the amount of Feed information that can be viewed via the Feed Reader. This in my opinion is a bit BlackBerry unfriendly of RIM. Also viewing the Full Article may differ from one Feed Reader to the next, as the Page references require iFrame support. It is however easy enough to Send an Email to yourself with the Link reference for full review or to open it in the BlackBerry browser.

These site RSS feeds can be found as a link on the BlackBerry Technical Knowledgebase or directly from the BTSC Site Feeds

Some direct Topics can be found at the following links:

BlackBerry Technical Solution Center - All Categories
BlackBerry Desktop Software
BES Domino
BES Exchange
BES Groupwise
BlackBerry Unite!
BlackBerry 8300 Series
BlackBerry 8100 Series

I found these RSS feeds several weeks ago, but I’m very disappointed that the feed gives nothing but the article headline, and none of the content.

Even more annoying is that PinStack insists on posting these headlines as new posts, clogging up PinStack user’s posts. I’ve pointed out how useless and annoying this is with no response. Guess it’s just me!

I find it very annoying as well.
