I was just reading about how spammers are targeting our BlackBerrys for spam. Makes sense since I read (& delete) more of my emails on my BlackBerry.
I then read Stan’s article about the ridiculous Spamlets he has been receiving recently and I cant help but agree. 50% of the spam I get nowadays is pure junk. It [...]

Both Mark & Josep sent me a link that TVersity that we mentioned back in May is now available in their latest Release Candidate. Keep in mind this is not an official release and is just a Release Candidate which is essentially admitting that there are bugs. TVersity lets you stream your media collection to [...]

I am usually the first to throw stones at claims of increased cell phone reception by using devices. Recently I was shown a repeater at work and it actually worked. Then another friend pointed out CellRanger to me:
CellRanger was announced back in March. The idea is that you plug this device into your USB port and connect [...]

My favorite was how to make a fly come back to life

Josep let me know that iSilo has released a bug fix for their recently released BlackBerry software. I know some of you use iSilo for document reading and compression on your BlackBerry so the small fixes count. Otherwise iSilo will have trouble competing against the free Documents To Go that comes with OS 4.5.
Check out [...]

Peter from eVeek just let me know that they released a new theme called Aline. The theme has a very clean cut look with a nice bronze background. The titlebar is very elegant but sacrifices usability for fashion. The custom icons on the other hand are very slick and glossy. They chose some really cool [...]

While reading this knowledge base article on RIM’s site I ran into a bit of a snag. You can read what I mean below:
Important: HTML content cannot be created when forwarding, replying to, or composing a new email message.
So how long will it take for us to be able to send emails that are not [...]

RIM has provided some good guides on how to setup BIS 2.5 and what you can do with it. Remzi has done me a favor and emailed a few my way. Let me know if I missed any.
What is required to get BIS 2.5 to work – Essentially tells you that you need OS 4.5+ [...]

Not much new here but I thought it worth mention for a few points. BoyGenius has scored the slides of a new RIM slideshow about BIS 2.5 features.
What I found new was:

Conspicuously missing are all [...]
