		<description>It says you have to “Reactivate your BlackBerry” as explained in the Getting Started Guide.  Where is the Getting Started Guide?  I went to the Unite! help and searched for Reactive; nothing came up.  I eventually went under Users &gt;&gt; Device Management &gt;&gt; Mobile First Aid &gt;&gt; BlackBerry Device Activation.  That seemed to do the trick.</description>
