Two Applications Claim To Help You Quit Smoking
I thought this was pretty interesting. I have heard of all the patches and pills and such but these two applications might just help along the process. Sadly both of them cost money but it still less than what a pack of cigarettes costs nowadays. Both of them are generic mobile java applications so you might want to try the trial before you even think of buying.
www.quitsmokingmobile.com – Sara told me about this generic Java application for BlackBerry. It claims to create a personalized gradual reduction program to help you cut back and quit.
www.quitmate.co.uk – Stefano told me about this one and I thought it was similar to the first. It also helps you cut down but adds the fun of a countdown until your next smoke.
Just thought I would mention these since I heard about two in one week. Let me know if you try either out and it is good or bad.
