Facebook Version 1.2 Released - Finally Removes “is”

facebookappforblackberry.gifMatt just let me know that the Facebook application for BlackBerry just got an update. It has finally fixed the issue it promised to fix with version 1.1.

They have finally removed the “is” from the status update page. FINALLY!!!

That is all that seems to have changed in the new version. Thanks all folks!

    Installed, Rebooted, and yes the only change I can see it that the “is” is not autotyped into your status field. Delete it if you want. My Grade 1 teach will be so proud that I am no longer only using sentences that contain is.
